1. Petition
A) Title of Patent: Color-Matching Films to Source Lighting for Resonance in
the Production
of Solar Panel Components Towards Maximum Photovoltaic Power Yield.
B) Name and Address: Paul Hallelujah, c/o 152 Silvergrove Way, NW, Calgary,

C) Statement of Entitlement: The applicant is entitled to apply for a patent
and the applicant is
the sole inventor of the subject matter.

A) Name of Inventor: Paul Hallelujah
B) Address for Correspondence: 152 Silvergrove Way, NW,Calgary, AB, Canada,

3. Abstract
The principle of resonance can be applied to photovoltaic cells at the
interface where light is
received to induce larger currents and voltages, with efficiencies in the
range of 10-80x over
clear glass. A film of matching colour to the spectrum being received by the
panel will resonate
to the light applied and release more electrons into the collecting plate.
This has the potential
the vastly increase the efficiency of solar technology by an order of
magnitude or higher.
4. Claims
A translucent film of hue matching wavelength to the Wien's Law maximum peak
wattage
curve for cold systems in the yellow range of 550-600 nm applied to light-
receiving glass of a
photovoltaic cell will, by the resonance effect, increase efficiency of the
discharge created and
collected by an order of magnitude or greater over plain transparent glass.
5. Description
It has been observed that in the creation of solar panels by LEDs of various
colours, the
efficiency of a yellow LED reveals 86x higher current and llx higher voltage
produced than
while using a transparent LED (Figure 1).
This may be explained by the principle of resonance. If we look at Wien's Law,
we notice that
for colder stars like our own, the maximum power yield is in the yellow light
range, between
550 and 600 nm (Figure 2).
We propose to create a translucent film using wavelengths between 550 and 600
nm ¨ the
Yellow Band ¨ or to use any common industrial-grade product on the market, as
an added
resonance layer to any commercially-available or built photovoltaic solar
panel, such as the
