Sustainable consumption for all in the context of COVID-19
This "refresher" project will revisit questions from the organization's previous research report "Sustainable Consumption for All: Improving the accessibility of sustainably-produced foods in Canada" in the context of COVID-19. The study will assess how the pandemic changed access to sustainable food for those in lower-income brackets and how to facilitate greater access to sustainable food in times of crises.
