Step 1
Fill in the mandatory fields and click the "Create" button to create your user account. If errors are found with the data provided, they will be listed at the top of the page.
The value you provide as your Security Question will be used to verify your identity if you forget your username. A service is available that will email you your username but you will first have to provide the Security Answer that you specify on this page.
For example:
- Security Question: What was the name of my first pet?
- Security Answer: Max
You must enter one of the following sets of information:
- If you hold an amateur certificate then you must enter your Amateur Number, which can be found on your printed certificate, as well as your Call Sign and Date of Birth. This is to verify that you are a holder of a valid certificate.
- If you have taken the exam but have not yet completed your application then you must enter your Authorization Key, which was emailed to you, as well as your Date of Birth and Exam Date.
Step 2
A confirmation page is displayed when your user account has been successfully created. You may print this page to keep for your records. Be sure to store it in a safe place. In addition, an email will be sent to you confirming the creation of your user account.
Once your user account has been created you may access the secured services available on this website.
